MTO SERVICES BASED ON P&ID
We specialize in material take-offs for all types of projects. We do take-offs from P&ID (for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical) and other hook-up drawings related to the project. We meticulously review your P&ID or any drawing references to prepare detailed, material quantity lists. Our format is easy to read because all items shall be identified by sequential number that can make you quickly assess the scope of work. Depending on our workflow, most take-offs can be turned around in 3 Weeks for WHP or equal. We count every material item required to build any size construction project in less time. Our engineer will list the items by line wise, by location or any type as customer required.
We can service our customer in providing Material Take offs base of P&ID with detail spec, total weight, total diameter Inch (for piping work), detail base of location, the item that requires specific detail such as valve, and other piping special material.

DETAIL ENGINEERING
We have a knowledge and experience in the areas of mechanical package, pipe stress analysis and piping detail engineering support, and structural detail engineering. Additionally, PT Emteo Detail Engineering has a strong background in the area of engineered packaged equipment such as: Test Seperator Package, Pump Skid Package, Power Generation Package, Chemical Injection Package, Workshop Maintenance Package.
We use the latest technology in Tecla Structures and following the advanced design practices seen currently in Europe for Steel Structural Design and Detailing. we provide the following services as standard included with all our detailing and drafting packages:
- Fully detailed shop fabrication drawings
- Fully detailed general arrangement drawings
- Fully customized reporting
- Erection drawings
- Scale 1:1 wrap templates
- CNC Manufacturing data
- 3D models in any format
- Customized drawing borders
After completion of the detailed design, information is electronically extracted from these specifications and used by the material take-off group for procurement plans. Although the information is used in several steps of the design process the data input happens only once. This in turn makes PT Emteo Detail Engineering very productive with minimal recycling of information giving us more time to concentrate on our client’s needs.
